JBF fully automatic packaging machines are capable to pack different products completely or partially. Possible packaging materials are all thermoplastic foils such as polypropylene, polyethylen, PVC or similar materials. Shrinking of the foil is possible afterwards in a Hot Air Tunnel Type ST

Machine Description EP

The machine EP is a fully automatic packaging machine with an automatic supply of the products from the side. The foil is pulled from a driven single roll flat foil – or semi sleeve foil. The foil is formed through a folding device into a sleeve which is closed at the bottom through overlapping. The product is pushed automatically into the formed sleeve. Highly sophisticated machine technology and electronic controls allow individual packages as well as multiple products in one package. Through the welding process the products are sealed and cut off from the supplied foil.

Special execution of the described machinery, especially of the product infeed, the type of welding as well as the maximum product height and welding widths is possible.

Production Data: Approximately 28 individual packages per minute.

Machine Description EPS

The machine EPS is a fully automatic packaging machine with an automatic supply of the products with conveyor belts or positioning arms.
The foil is supplied from two rolls of flat foil. Both foils are welded together during the previous cycle. The product is pushed automatically against the formed foil curtain.
Highly sophisticated machine technology and electronic controls allow individual packages as well as multiple products in one package. Through the welding process the products are sealed and cut off from the supplied foil. Special execution of the described machinery, especially of the product infeed, the type of welding as well as the maximum product height and welding widths is possible.

Production Data:  Approximately 20 individual packages per minute.

Machine Description EPW

The machine EPW is a fully automatic banding machine with an automatic supply of the products with conveyor belts or positioning arms. The foil is supplied from two horizontally positioned rolls of flat foil on the machine. Both foils are welded together during the previous cycle. The foil is positioned around the products and pulled tight. Highly sophisticated machine technology and electronic controls allow individual packages as well as multiple products in one package. The welding process with the double welding bar seals the label around the product and at the same time cuts and prepares the foil for the next cycle.
Special execution of the described machinery, especially of the product infeed, the type of welding as well as the maximum product height and welding widths is possible.

Machine Description Shrinking Tunnel ST

The Shrinking Tunnel ST operates on the principle of circulating hot air. The air temperature is variable adjustable. The chain driven roller conveyor is variable speed controlled.

The bars of the conveyor belt are teflon coated. Optional there is the possibility that the bars are turning during the operation. The machine has been especially designed to give a most even distribution and control of the heated air inside the tunnel resulting in a minimum power usage. Constant temperature is achieved through a curtain at the entrance and exit and a large insulation of the housing.

Special execution of the described machinery, especially in the dimensions of the tunnel opening is possible.
