Precision Winding Machine CSW 250 / 400 / 500 / 600 / 800
Our winding machine type CSW is designed to wind huge size spools from paper cord, twisted yarns, mono and multi-filament yarns, cords etc. With spool sizes up to 800 mm spool diameter, 800 mm spool length and approx. 300 kg weight (other dimensions on request), our CSW sets the benchmark. Within each machine size the winding width is steplessly adjustable. Knotless spools of more than 25.000 m, depending on yarn diameter, can be produced.
With a winding speed of up to 2000 rpm (depending on material quality, spool diameter and machine type), the material can be wound on tubes or tube-less onto a winding mandrel. The speed of the thread laying turn can be adjusted and perfectly adapted to yarn specifications and spool sizes.
Up to 32 spooling heads can be operated as one winding system, controlled by a unique touch screen display.
Electronic Traverse Motion:
CSW winding machines are equipped with fully electronictraverse motion for outstandingprecision winding.
This electronic gearbox enableseasy change of e.g. crossingratio, winding width etc. by typingdifferent parameters into the operation panel.
Crossing ratio:
Steplessly adjustable with electronic traverse motion and according to material and spool requests. Automatic adjustment on input of crossing factor or no. of
crossings, yarn diameter, spool width and spool diameter. Parallel winding and diamond crossing included in standard scope of delivery. Crossing ratio can be
changed during the spool winding process.
Operation panel:
Operation of the machine with touch panel.
The machine parameters and the error messages are displayed in clear language on the display. Winding parameters like run length, spool width, winding speed, crossing ratio etc. can be stored in up to 99 storage places for shortest change-over-times.
The spool size to be wound can be adjusted and controlled with adjustable
parameters:
– spool diameter
– winding length
The set-up winding speed is kept constant during the entire winding process from the start of winding to final spool size.
Optional creel for supply packages
Optional creel for supply packages:
CSW winding machines can be delivered with a creel with active drive and breaking of supply packages. Supply speeds can be adjusted depending on material qualities up to 750 m/min.
